The first step to joining Raincity is to come in for a free trial and see what we're all about. That can be a free trial class — every Sunday at 9:00 & 10:00 AM (sometimes Wednesday, depending on the programming block) — or one of our dedicated [HYROX] group classes, Mondays at 6 PM or Thursdays at 7 PM.

Got concerns, or the schedule doesn't work? Book a free private trial instead. Still not sure where to start? Book a consultation — online or in person — and a coach will help you find it.

01 / Group

Free Group Class

Come try an [SC] Strength & Conditioning class Sunday morning, or one of our [HYROX] group classes Mondays @ 6 PM & Thursdays @ 7 PM. Athletes complete On-Ramp to unlock our full [SC] and [FF] class schedule.

Free Private Workout

Schedule a private trial with a coach to talk goals and athletic history. You'll do a 15-minute workout to get a taste of what we do — and give the coach a chance to see you move before recommending next steps.

If you've been a member at another Functional Fitness gym for over 6 months and are proficient in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, toes to bar, kipping pull-ups and all other skills, contact us to see if you qualify for our 2 weeks for $20 trial.

Not at all. On-Ramp is designed for total beginners — it's private coaching that gets you confident with every movement before you step into a group class. Athletes of all ages and abilities train here.
[SC] is barbell strength plus mixed-modal conditioning — no Olympic lifting or high-skill gymnastics. [FF] includes everything in [SC] plus Olympic lifts and gymnastics. Most members start with [SC].
Yes — On-Ramp unlocks access to the full [SC] or [FF] class schedule. It makes sure you're comfortable and safe with the movements we program. You can do it 1-on-1, or 2-on-1 with a friend for 15% off.
Absolutely. Drop into a free trial class (Sundays, sometimes Wednesdays) or a [HYROX] class (Mondays 6 PM, Thursdays 7 PM). Prefer something quieter? Book a free private workout instead.
Book a consultation — online or in person. A coach will talk through your history and goals and help you find the safest place to start. Workouts are always scalable to you.
Memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can pause or cancel anytime — just let us know.
